Signal Master is a self-contained dispatcher trainer. The simulation itself runs entirely on your device. The one exception is our analytics provider, AppsFlyer, which receives a limited set of technical and marketing identifiers. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means for your information.
Last updated: 2026
Signal Master has no account and no login. We never see your controller name, your panel preferences, your shift records, your timing statistics, or your earned dispatch tokens.
Your dispatching record never leaves your device. The one exception is our analytics provider, AppsFlyer, which receives a limited set of technical and marketing identifiers used to measure installs and attribution (see section 5). It never receives anything you build in the game.
Your controller name, your panel preferences, completed shift records, timing statistics, earned dispatch tokens and saved replay data are written to this app's private container on this device. That container belongs to the device, not to us, and is not synchronised anywhere we control.
Removing the app erases it and everything inside it.
The layouts, scenarios, drills and training levels in Signal Master are bundled with the app. Every train movement, signal aspect, interlocking rule, conflict check and scenario outcome is computed by deterministic logic compiled into the app — no request is sent anywhere to run a shift.
The simulation itself does not need an internet connection to work. Every train movement, signal aspect, interlocking rule, conflict check and scenario outcome is computed by deterministic logic compiled into the app — no request is sent anywhere to run a shift.
The one exception is analytics: our analytics provider, AppsFlyer, sends install and attribution events over the network. That is described in the next section.
Signal Master includes one analytics SDK: AppsFlyer. We use it to measure app installs and marketing attribution — that is, to understand which campaign or channel an install came from, and how the app performs in aggregate.
AppsFlyer receives a limited set of technical and marketing data from your device:
It does not receive any of your dispatching record:
If Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt appears and you choose "Ask App Not to Track", Signal Master does not collect your advertising identifier (IDFA) and AppsFlyer operates without it. You can change that decision at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
AppsFlyer's handling of the data it receives is governed by their own privacy policy: appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy
Beyond AppsFlyer, described above, Signal Master contains no other third-party analytics, attribution or advertising components. Choosing to rate the app presents Apple's own review prompt; that exchange is between you and Apple and is covered by Apple's privacy policy rather than this one.
Because nothing leaves the device, there is no account to close and no copy held elsewhere. Clearing the working record in Settings removes your shift history and tokens immediately; signing off completely removes everything, including your name and preferences. Deleting the app removes the remainder.
Signal Master is built for a general audience with an interest in railway operations. It is not directed at children under 13, and because the app gathers nothing, we do not knowingly hold information belonging to a child.
If the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects this document, we will revise the text and update the "Last updated" year above. Continued use after a change means the revised policy applies.
